“This is my first ever review on Yelp. Sergio went far and beyond the call of customer service. I had a discontinued Bionaire vacuum with a broken hose, making the vacuum useless. I came into the store in hopes that Sergio can help. Sergio determined that the vacuum is similar to a Dirt Devil but the part (the broken hose) I had couldn't be found because it was no longer made. Fortunately, Sergio had some spare parts that came from other vacuums and fitted my hose to my vacuum. It worked instantly. Best of all it was only $5.
